about this story

I choose this 5 pictures because I’m interested about the nature and People are inextricably linked to the natural world. Water makes up our bodies, and we need clean air to breathe and healthy, rich soils to grow nourishing meals. Beyond that, I've always found nature to be a source of inspiration and beauty. It demonstrates how to live. When I'm dealing with a difficult issue in my life, I imagine a river with rapids and gentle glides, and I remember that 'this too shall pass.' I look at fruit trees generously giving fruit to sustain us all when I need a reminder of life's richness. Flowers, with their delicate faces oriented toward the sun, exemplify bravery. Nature becomes our instructor when we open our eyes to it. So it's no surprise. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
