On a beautiful spring morning, Judy Smith sat in the middle of a forest. As she sat on the cold dirt ground, she slowed her breathing. But when she opened her eyes, she realized she was directly facing a tree, a tree she had not sat down next to. Flowers and vines climbed up the thick trunk, and up to the leaves. But there was one spot on the tree where the plants seemed to avoid. A carving of a map, of a beautiful Garden. Just below it, was a hole in a tree, where a key and letter speaking of a legend sat.
It read "Down where the flowers bloom, and seeds sprout, magic fills the air. But beware, a lion roams this basement."
Judy jumped up from the ground and took a picture of the map. Only minutes later, she was in her truck, following the map with its coordinates. But when she finally reached her destination, she was met with a small building, whos door was locked.
About to give up, Judy glanced back at the legend, only to find that it stated "Basement". Looking back and fourth between the gate, the map and the legend, she knew she had arrived. About to grab her pliers to break the lock, she remembered the key in her pocket. As she rose the bright yellow key towards the gate, it began to shine and glow. When she had inserted the bright ball of light into the lock, the gates burst open, revealing the long steps downward.
Hesitation creeped into her mind with each stair. But as she reached the bottom, the glow of the flowers made her mind fill with happiness. Instantly, she saw the beautiful flowers blooming in the sunlight. The sunflowers began shedding its seeds, and flowers grew instantly. Blue birds sang, and suddenly she felt at home. A lion walked up to her, bowed and rested on the ground. This place was no longer a room, but a new world all to herself.
