about this story

Life is full of possibilities. One choice, one moment, one discovery can influence our trajectory- each path branching to reveal a different story. How do we choose what's right, what's next? How can we calculate the cost or impact of the things we leave behind? What might be waiting behind the doors that invite, yet we pass without opening? What mysteries stay hidden inside a budding plant or an imposing facade? How do we explain and revel in the everyday experiences that defy reason and provoke fantasy?

We are taught to judge everything. Our brains are wired that way- to take in as much information as we can as quickly as we can. We form opinions and make decisions in a moment. Yet, sometimes all we can see or sense are snippets, pieces. How do we fill the blank space? What do we miss when we ascribe our own meaning, construct or our narrative, or jump to our own conclusions? What happens when we move through life without understanding the whole picture? What would you do if you saw a miniature Stegosaurus walking down a sidewalk?
