Starting with the vision of beeing an organization that responds to young peoples need what ever that may be. Creating international opportunites for them means being mre of a birocrat then ever the real youth work is rare. A learning organization for the youth worker nd employees means we are a revolving door for teaching youth workers and employees emaning to have a more concrete way to adrees quality youth work for enhancing and empowering young people. Stoped hosting volunteers so wishing to regain this path once more. Each project made should hopefully bring a rainbow to participants in a sense of learning.
