about this story
Once upon a time, a group of young people of a small youth organization, between a beer and another, a youth exchange and a local workshop, they have decided to look far in their own future and to walk a road that was never taken by the youngsters who animate the organization before.
This group decided to practice the competences that they have acquired by attending international activities and non formal learning to invest in the development of the the organization itself to make her grow with them, and transform it from a youth organisation to an organisation that work in the youth field.
The group applied for funds that aims to support the structural development of the organisation and they were able to hire the first 2 people.
The time pass by and the journey got further despite the complexity, the fear and the mistake: all was the relevant for a learning by doing and experimenting together process.
Finally, the organisation is small but structure with a very strong and recognized identity!
