about this story

1) We have been doing K1 projects for a long time and two years ago we started doing ESC exchanges. My former colleague was very experienced with Erasmus projects and procedures.
2) Then she left the organisation. I took over the international part of the organisation.
3) I took over in the middle of several projects so i had to start like a rocket without a lot of background (regarding Erasmus procedures)
4) I noticed it was kind of a code that was becomming very difficult to crack. Because with my colleague, all of the expertise regarding Erasmus+ went out of the door.
5) So now i want to gain experience myself and also embed the knowledge of E+ in our organisation so it does not dissapear with me when i switch jobs.
