about this story

1-The citizens of Massachusetts in 1692 had a case of mass paranoia and began to hold meetings to decide who was guilty of being a witch.

2- They had believed that the town was cursed and they prosecuted anyone who was different or sick believing them to be witches

3- Groupthink/Mob Mentality is what kept it going

4-There was also a smallpox epidemic which led many people to die and be put six feet under

5- This was all caused by confusion and paranoia which led to us questioning it all and discovering what really happened.
