Five Card Story: The Mime at the Fair

about this story
This story tells a mother spending time at a fair with her two daughters. The little girl saw something and pointed at it so they too can see what she is seeing. They all saw a man in the shadow looking at them. The man was tall, wearing a gray shirt with black and white stripes, scary white face paint, wearing a black hat and white gloves. Then the man started to walk towards them. The mom froze not knowing what to do. The big sister hid behind her mother. The little sister however was not faced by the man. When the man was close enough, he gave the little sister a pretty pink flower out of kindness. She smiled and said thank you. The mom realized that the scary man was an mime, an actor and he means no harm at all. Big sister was calm knowing that it wasn't scary but kind. She too got a pink flower and said thank you to him. The man doesn't speak. He bows down like the girls where princesses a way of saying your welcome. He waved goodbye and walked back to where he was at the start. The girls waved goodbye and continue there day of fun at the fair.
