about this story

At the beginning of my professional career, I always held my self back and found myself waiting for opportunities to find me as life passed me by (picture of windows). Participating in this doctoral program has challenged to me to bloom (picture of flower blooming) as a leader and human by shifting my mindset, as well as how I relate to people. Now, I am less fearful of taking chances and I am starting to see that introspection and collaboration can lead to fruitful (picture of raspberries) growth. I stopped hesitating when presented with exciting opportunities to learn (picture of speed limit sign). This program has taught me to embrace (picture of hugging), yet reflect thoughtfully upon my unique approach to leadership.
