about this story

Exposition:
Zip and his friends took a walk in the woods to explore nature. Zip was not his real name. They called him that because he was the fastest player on the football team. While moving through the woods, they came across a huge building with a fence around it. On the fence, a sign read, 'Property is Private: Do Not Enter'. This intrigued the kids.

Rising Action:
Zip took out his binoculars and spied through the fence. He was curious what was happening inside the building. All the kids were. Then his friend, Arnie, said, "See anything interesting, Zip?"
Zip laughed and said, "I wish! We need to get over this fence and get a closer look."
"No way!" his other friend, Charles, yammered.
"Stop being so paranoid, Charles," Zip shot back.
"Yeah, man. We got to see what's over there. These are our woods," Arnie agreed. Just then the three boys charged over the fence and climbed through a window of the building. No one was in the building. It was broken down and abandoned.

Climax:
Suddenly, the boys heard sirens. The police were there and told them to come out. Later, Zip's parents had to pick him up at the police station. When leaving the police station, his father hollered, "That's it, Zip! We're done paying for football! You will let your coach know tomorrow. This is what happens when you spend your time getting into trouble."

Falling Action:
Zip was horrified that he couldn't play football anymore. He was the best player on the team and they needed him there. Even the coach tried to put a good word in for him, but his parents refused. So Zip decided to prove to his parents that he wouldn't get in anymore trouble. He spent every day after school working on his homework on the computer, and he even cleaned the house. Then, one night, when his younger brother was choking, he hurried to his rescue and saved him. Now, Zip was the Superhero in the family. He was convinced he could ask his parents to rejoin the team.

Resolution:
Zip said to his parents, "I don't know if you noticed, but I have been doing really good lately. I was wondering if I can rejoin the football team?" His parents both beamed with joy and said at the same exact time, "Of course!" Zip felt happier than he had in a long time. He texted all his friends to let them know the good news, and when he finally got back on that football field, he felt as free as a bird flying in the sky. Home at last!
