about this story

Exposition:
A family, two adults and four kids, goes out to eat to a hibachi buffet. The kids had never eaten at a buffet before, so they thought a lot of the food was strange. The dad then gave the kids a cooked piece of shrimp with the head still on it and said, "Here! Would any of you like to eat this?" The kids all screamed, "Ewww!" and then laughed.

Rising Action:
The kids began to play with the shrimp. They dragged it around the table and gave it a voice. "Please, don't eat me!" One of them said and giggled some more. Then another asked, "What is this green glop?" while pointing to a piece of food on his brother's plate.

Climax:
The brother then picked up the green glop of food and chucked it at the other brother. Then one hollered, "Food fight!" and threw a French fry. One thing led to another and all four kids started to throw food. The mother then shouted, "No! Knock it off right now!"

Falling Action:
The mother then explained, "Think of Georgie!" Georgie was the kids' pet seahorse. "How would you like it if Georgie's life was sacrificed so someone could eat, and then that same person just threw him around? It wouldn't be right, would it? Remember! It is important to respect and appreciate the food you eat."

Resolution:
The family leaves the restaurant and drives home. On the way, the kids say they're sorry for having the food fight, and then one of the girl's asks, "Mommy? Are we going to cook Georgie someday?"
