about this story

In the city there isn't much quiet. When I want to get away from it all, I journey out beyond the city to the lake. It's calm near the lake, no one to yell at you over grades, or the stupid choices you make. I can just sit and listen to the sounds of nature, and breathe. And when I've found my peace, I am able to return once more to the city I call home.
