about this story

Our protagonist went to a meeting about gaining followers on social media. They told him he should post more photos with good outfits.
He decided to go on a photo session the next day, he even hired a professional photographer and put on a quite interesting outfit.
Suddenly it started raining and it became very windy. A big branch fell from a tree and knocked the man out.
He woke up in the hospital, hurt but with 1k followers more. The video of the branch knocking him out had become viral!!
