about this story

When beginning an EdD program, it can feel overwhelming as if you are at the bottom of a mountain, staring up at the long hike ahead of you. The path ahead can seem dark and rocky, making it tempting to not even begin the trek. The hardest part is taking that first step and letting yourself roam in the world of going back to school. At first things may seem blurry, and it may even seem like your lens is focusing on too many small details. Eventually your eyes will adjust, the right things will come into focus, and you will see the big picture in full color of what your purpose and drive is in the EdD program!
