about this story
Pic 1:
While fireworks have been used for centuries as an entertaining display of light, they are incredibly harmful in many different ways.
Pic 2:
For example, fireworks create air pollution by emitting chemicals that harm the environment. They release toxic heavy metals into the air that can harm wildlife and plants.
Pic 3:
Fireworks also are harmful for animals and in particular pets. Because of animals' sensitive hearing, fireworks can cause them to interpret them as a a threat which gives them high levels of fear and anxiety.
Pic 4:
However, some people say that fireworks can be a fun family bonding activity and can be entertaining for children. Fireworks are often displayed at amusement parks and beaches for this reason.
Pic 5:
While some people say that fireworks are fun and entertaining particularly for children, overall, they are harmful to not only the environment but also many different kinds of pets and wildlife. Fireworks should be banned because although they are fun to watch, they cause many issues for people, animals, and plant life.
