My city tour was a day long adventure by bicycle through an old town with a European feel. The old and beautiful church with picturesque dome was a wonderful stopping point to sit and eat the candied apple that I had purchased from a nearby street vendor. After fueling up on the candied apple and purchasing a small bag of popcorn for an afternoon snack, I started out on the rest of tour. Spending some time cycling through the narrow streets, I came upon a window display of hand blown glass sculptures that reminded me of my candied apple from earlier in the day. The narrow streets of the city gave way to wider roads and larger, but older homes that were well maintained. After a good day of cycling, I parked my bicycle up on the porch for the evening and enjoyed some of the popcorn I had purchased earlier in the day to reflect on what I had observed and to prepare for another day of cycling tomorrow.
