I found this guy on the street. His fashion is kind of strange. So, many people look at him. Also dogs look at him. And he is very stinck. Therefore, some one who research who is he. Finally, get information about him. His name is Shinji. That man is boyscout leader. His hobby is costume. That's why he was wearing starange cloth.
