Our civilization was changing. We didn't always have electricity. There was evidence of asteroid craters in the desert. Many cities were deserted and graffiti was found that couldn't be interpreted. People were worried and were sleeping with their pets. Yet one man was trying to keep civilization alive, a cartoonist worked under dim light, trying to keep his perspective and record the news as he saw it.
