about this story
Rana is looking forward to Christmas holiday. There are still a lot of things left that she wants to do before the end of the year, so she doesn't make her mind what to do during this holiday yet. Frist of all, she wants to compete with her best friend Ann again for taking back the dignity of a high jumper. On the other hand, she wants to visit her grandmather and have some peaceful solitary time to purify spirit there, even though her grandmother's house is far from here. Also she'd like to decorate the tree stood in front of her house with light bulbs. It will be absolutely fascinating. However most of all, going hunting with her dead dog, Harry, which was her closest friend is the thing she really hopes. Sadness hits her again. She wipes out all the plans and decides to stay in her home and have some period of mourning for him.
