Joey sat crying at the kitchen table. The reason he was crying, was that his father was going away on a long trip to see the Stonehenge, and he wasn't going to be able to go hiking with Joey in the mountains this summer. Joey went outside and looked at his flower. He had taken care of it since he was eight years old, and loved it dearly. And He felt much better after spending some time with his flower, Bessi.
