Dear Tanya and Brenda,

I have decided to move to a warmer climate, where the fishing is good. I am located just a short walk from a small sandy beach that is located right beside an old Naval Academy. It's really cool be sunbathing so close to the old battleships. The only downfall to living so close to the beach is the sand gets everwhere (including all over my new car). I was a little freaked out to find out that my apartment number was thirteen, but I am hoping that it is lucky thirteen. If you come to visit we will have to go to a little eatery just under my apartment. It looks a little rough, but the service is great and it has the best shrimp on the Island. Can't wait to hear from you and find out what you think of my new pad.
