about this story

He couldn't move! He was frozen to the spot. Without arms or legs he couldn't chase the thief. He yelled as loudly as he could but the thief jumped into his getaway car and sped off through the crowded carnival lanes. Later I heard the Police tracked the thief to the wharf. The thief jumped onto a boat, too fast for them to catch up. Last I heard the thief had escaped to Istanbul and is likely living in the hinterland caves with a knife to defend himself and to catch wild animals for food.
