Five Card Story: poisonous cake

It was Saturday morning and I was reading a book and having my usual Saturday cappuccino. I was overcome by the temptation to order a slice of vanilla cake, something I don't usually do. My mouth was watering from the moment I saw the waitress approaching with my slice. As I picked up the fork I noticed the cake was shaking slightly. I cut into the cake and to my great surprise found a baby rattle snake. I jumped up in horror and yelled as if my life depended on it. The waitresses and cooks ran over and saw the serpent on my plate as I vowed that I would not rest until I closed down their "fine establishment" although I'm pretty sure that's not what I called it. So on the day that I achieved my goal I savored my vengeance by walking alone towards the the sunset.
