On the morning of the conference, I woke up awash in green. Leaves floated weightlessly over me as if they were fanning my pounding head. I stood up, wobbled a bit, and discovered that I was lying under a bush next to the Omni Boston. The events of the night before came rushing back as forcefully as the pressure of the contents of my stomach.
