There was a little boy who fell in the stream and drowned then people gathered around to chant against the city because they didn't have a fence around the river which is how the boy fell in and drowned. The town argued with the mayor and then they put a fence up around the river. They got the fence so they celebrated and had food and drinks!!!! Then on sunday they went to church and they all said there prair's. Then the next day they had the funeral and they buried the young boy in the forest. There had never ever been another tragity in this river again and the mayor still regrets the days he never had a fence around this river.
