It'sa me, Mario! I am the best plumber this side of the Mississippi. That's why they called me to fix the biggest leak that had ever been seen! An entire river was pouring over the wall that kept out Bowser's foot soldiers. What was happening over there!?! They needed the bravest and best plumber to fix it.

I climbed to the top of the wall and was wrenching away when I fell. Ahhhhhhh! inot the water. I looked like a blue splotch. I thought I was a gonner.

Then, I opened my eyes and found that I was in a series of tubes. A miracle! I intstantly knew I was in a sewer, if you know what I mean. I stumbled around in the muck and the mire until I finally saw the light! Freedom!

I burst out of the pipe like the happiest dog in the field. After that, I headed to Bowser's castle, but that's a story for another day.
