i could feel my heartbeat bursting through my chest, the scratching at the door from the fowl beast made catching my breath to almost seem impossible. I was able to escape and lock myself in the shed outside my apartment building. After a few minutes of the beast trying to break the door down, he eventually gave up. I opened the doors after an hour of rest, i saw two construction workers peering down the street toward the temple of sapphire where they said the beast snatched up a victim right out of there shoes and drug them into the dark temple. I ran home as fast as i could and boarded up the house and finally was able to lay down to rest. I woke up to the sunshine hitting my face from a crack in the wood, i knew that i had survived another night in Transylvania.
