about this story

First I felt like we needed to have a path that would lead our district to growth. We built our PD layer upon layer. The information we were searching was a little overwhelming and hard to choose from. The growth as a teacher came more for me in preparing the PD and hopefully I could spread it like a seed to help others. I still feel like I need to continue down the path to learn and grow. There is always room for improvement and growth.
