I chose the topic of my Professional Development thinking of a perfect world that I would love to teach in. If all my peers and admins would take the things that we know and use them in our school daily. As I started to walk through the steps of creating PD, we knew that change was going to happen and is happening in our school. We had to start small and simple to make it work for our school. We decided not to address the curriculum or the attitudes that we are up against, but instead just start with the positives and negative effects of change in the education world. We could have changed some timing and we had to adjust for the storms. In the end, the feedback we received was positive and it turned out just fine.
