Here we have the fairy tale romance of a couple who met and fell in love at a university. They began vacationing and even bought a dog together. As they aged and became more established in their individual career paths they even purchased a lake house. It wasn't until much later in life that he proposed and asked for her hand in marriage. Their relationship did not follow any stereotypical paths. They were not bound to any structure. For them happiness was life together, not the titles society puts on us. The roles we're expected to play gave them no pleasure. Do not be burdened by conformity. Live for happiness.
