I can't lose weight! Here comes another student with a birthday treat. It looks so good, but I must put up a wall and say, "No, Thanks." But, it would taste so great with my morning coffee. As I look down the road to my future, I want to be in shape to do activities with my grandchildren. I want them to come to my house and say, "Hi Mama Cindy, what are we going to do today?" I want my response to be whatever you want.
