about this story

I was sitting in my backyard reading one of my favorite books. I couldn't stay inside any longer, It was so loud. Suddenly, the edges of my vision started going blurry. My eyes focused on a tree right outside the fence and my vision went back to normal. Then I saw the dog. He walked over to me and nudged me so I would stand up. As I stood up I checked his collar, there wasn't any information about who I should contact or where he's from, but his name is Apollo. He started pushing me towards the tree, so I went. I looked up and noticed the clouds were extremely white, but the sky looked almost black. I don't remember if it registered to me that that was strange, but I kept going towards the tree. When I got there I looked down at Apollo. He was smelling some leaves that were on the ground. Which, looking back, is also strange because it was summer and the leaves were green. I guess I didn't really think anything of it because I just leaned down to pet him, and then I stood back up. I was standing face to face with a bunch of small pink flowers. I didn't know what kind they were but I leaned in so I could smell them. They smelled sweet, almost like peaches. Apollo bumped into me and started running back to my house, so I followed him. When we got back he nudged my book towards my feet and I sat down by it. He licked my face, I blinked, and then he was gone.
