Tons of people are scared of dogs due to something that may had happen when they were younger. Dogs are not vicious unless treated like they are. Dogs are just friendly companions and people who have been hurt from them , grow up to be scared of dogs. When an adult that is scared of dogs, they treat their kids or the people around him to stay away since he has once been hurt by a vicious dog. Any size dog can be vicious not just big dogs and it all depends on how the owner of that dog owner treats it around others.
