Charlie was so excited!For the first time ever she was going to swim in the Antlantic ocean.As they road Charlie's stomach started to groan."What the heck!!!",thought Charlie.Quickly she asked her mom to pull over.Charlie got out as quickly as she could and smelled the fresh air.It did not smell like the air she was used to.This air smelled fresh and clean not like Denver,Colorado's air (Where Charlie lived).Charlie was surprised when she saw an squirrel on a little tiny bench.The squirrel jumped off of the bench and darted off on a old plain trail.Charlie followed the squirrel as if the squirrel was trying to show her something miraculous.As they went on the trail Charlie saw beautiful orange and red flowers.When the trail ended she saw the Atlantic ocean right in front of them.The squirrel was showing her a shortcut to the ocean!Charlie went back to her mother to show her the wonderful path the squirrel had showed her and told her mother everything.She was so surprised she decided they should take the same trail for the rest of the vacation.A couple hours later Charlie got to her condo next to the ocean.The sunset was as pink as cotton candy.Charlie decided to go outside and gather her thoughts.She would never forget that day.
