Sometimes I prefer to be alone especially when I think of many problems. I just want to spend my whole day in one room just to think. Sometimes I want to take a break, go away for a few days , a break from my routine and discovering some place new will give me a boost. One of the places I want to go to is province where there are many trees and plants. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increase pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood preasure, heart rate, it can help us to take time out and feel more relaxed, it can help us to be more active, make new connections, and improve our confidence and self-esteem.
