Music always brings people together no matter what background they come from. When the shirtless man plays he plays for the people... and for tips. You always knew it was him when there was a guitar music in the air and a crowd of people on the conner. I never got the shirtless man's name, but the cops did, when the same lady requested nothing but Christmas music in the middle of August.
