about this story

"It's the most wonderful time of the year!" "I've been dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know."
It's Christmas Eve and we have by driving all day to get to our grandparents house for Christmas, it's kind of a tradition. However, we normally get in sooner and go Christmas light looking but this year we just wont be able to. I sit and stare out the window wishing we could get there already. All of a sudden out of the corner of my eye I notice a house with more Christmas decorations than I could ever imagine. We pull off to the side of the road and look at them twinkle and shine while listening to Christmas music in the car. It really is the most wonderful time of the year. It's getting really late and we haven't made it to our grandparents house yet, so we find a hotel and decide we will get to Grandma and Grandpas early Christmas morning. I lay in bed not being able to sleep, tomorrow's Christmas! However, soon enough I'm being woken up and told to get in the car. After another hour of driving we arrive at Grandma and Grandpas. I jump out of the car, run in the house, and see presents and food galore. Mmmm, they have my favorite food. Now it feels likes Christmas! After a long day we head outside and look at the house. Grandma and Grandpa are moving and this is last time we will get to see it. I'm sure going to miss this place, I've had so many fun memories here! I stand still staring at the house for a few more minutes when I notice white stuff falling from the sky. No, not white stuff, snow! It really is a white Christmas, just like the song says!
