Photo 3- They become desperate and beg on the streets for money in order to fund their addictions. Not everyone on the street may be begging due to a drug addiction, however 35% of individuals on the street do struggle with substance abuse.

More attention needs to be brought upon the issue so the people struggling with these issues may receive the proper help and get better. With more attention and awareness brought to this issue more opportunities' and more affordable options will be brought forth to these struggling population.
