When she speaks, she commands a room. People pause just to hear her voice fall on their ears. They follow her lead they seek advice. And for as much as she enjoys the spotlight and inspiring others, she enjoys the peace and quiet of her own home. Her solitude. Her peace. Her ability recharge. And on Monday? She's back putting out fires. She grabs her ladder and climbs to the challenge. She's a fixer, a fighter, a warrior. The ultimate climax shows up in the form of fireworks - knowing that she's cared for others. Knowing that what she does makes a difference. Knowing that things will not remain as they were. From the front porch at her grandmother's home, she knew she would be fierce. Her grandmother prayed for this. And, from Heaven, her grandmother smiles down on her. She knows she makes her proud and she finds comfort in knowing that.
