It was a cold and breezy night. The long-waited bonfire was giving a sense of home and friendship. A small group of young adults surrounded the fire and tried to remember that they need to forget. No, they must forget it. For the past hours they have been trying to solve a problem that a peaceful walk on the woods brought to their lives. They knew what path to follow; they knew what to expect. They didn't even take a flashlight, and that was a mistake...
After finding a descriptive sign, they realized that something was wrong. There was no need for that sign to be in that place. What was happening?
A few more steps took them to the huge guardian of the woods, and then they realized... It was not any kind of guardian; it was the one placed there many years before to honor a wise woman.
Nobody knew where she was from or how she died, until that day.
A few more steps, and they saw it, an old, broken stone, lying there, just waiting to be found. And on the stone, an inscription...
That night, they only had one choice: to follow the path.
