about this story
Take a quick look from a tomcat's point of view. Stroting around the brick pavement, this stray takes generous offers from the friendly strangers who just happen to be enjoying their lunches. It's not like all of these travelers were generous, some simply admired the tom, or others didn't pay any heed to his presence. There was one common human that the calico met so often by the brick pavement, so much that they formed a little relationship. This human was a man who worked at an office and would usually take this brick path after his hard work was finished for the day. At first, the man only took the path because his bike had failed him earlier, so he couldn't take the usual scenic route. Perhaps it's only by coincidence that they met, but both sides respected each other presence either way, as they were both loners. While the man didn't mind continuing the cycle, the tomcat wished otherwise. He had followed the office worker down the street, one thing came to the next, so the two became a family. Once enough time had passed between them, they moved to a small outlet and repurposed it into a shoe shop. A strange combination of a shoe shop and a cat hangout center, but it's nothing but a tribute to their relationship made by the two.
