about this story
As I sit here with my family helping make dinner I realize this might just be my true calling. I have always loved cooking regardless of what it may be something about it always brought me peace. I began to daydream whilst I cooked. I was in Italy in my own restaurant cooking for a load of different people just enjoying themselves. I knew that to achieve this dream I had to properly study. I need to learn the rights and wrongs of cooking then maybe then could I open my own place. After some time I saved up enough money and got through many cooking classes I finally had enough for a small place I could then call my own. What a beautiful experience this was. I would start with my own garden to produce veggies and maybe even fresh herbs for my dishes. Looking now at what I have I'm glad I put in all the work and faced all the challenges.
