The one thing I love about yoga is at the end we do oppose called happy baby. When I think of my personal journey in life, I was always ready to roll. I thought I knew I was going. I thought I was on the right set of tracks and I was excited about my journey, but then there were times that I think we just get twisted up confusing stressed. I would often reflect back to when everyone’s born in that yoga pose a happy baby no stress no worries just happy let’s see that’s the game of life you have to be ready to roll and there are times that you’re just gonna need to sit on the couch and pause and reflect and rest With your family your friends or maybe even as they say man’s best friend un Until it’s time to go somewhere else take another exit. Who knows where the exit might take you but in order to exit and order to be ready to roll. You’ve gotta have a vision you gotta be able to see the force you gotta be able to focus and not be distracted whereas they say not be able to see the force through the trees and that’s why the title of this is ready to roll that game of life.
