about this story

Exposition:
It was the middle of winter in Colorado when a few hikers thought it would be a good idea to ride horses. They wanted to see how steady their horses could walk, so they decided to ride their horses around the cliff edges of the high snowy mountains.

Rising Action:
The horses suddenly lose their balance, and they all end up falling off of the cliff. They were saved by landing in a river. Terrifying emotions are hitting all of them because crocodiles and alligators could hurt them.

Climax:
At the edge of a random doc, a house with a green door and vines appears. They try to call for help, yelling "Help! Our horses might drown." No one could hear them.

Falling Action:
They got tired of yelling and as soon as they stopped, they suddenly all grew wings, even the horses. They could now fly and rushed into the high blue sky and all of them were instantly relieved.

Conclusion:
They all were actually just sleeping this whole time, in the same dream. They are very grown up now, and they tell their children and grandchildren this story. The children sit on the steps at school each year with their friends and tell them this story. No one believes them though.
