about this story

Introduction-(Pic 1-Dessert)
A dessert is empty and isolated. For many communities, access to healthy food feels the same way. In food desserts, grocery stores with fresh food are far away or unavailable.

(Pic 2- person sitting alone)
People in these areas often feel stuck. Without transportation, they rely on corner stores or fast food, which mostly sell unhealthy processed options. This leads to higher health problems over time.

(Pic 3- Family at dinner table)
Families are directly affected. Parents may want to provide healthy meals, but limited options and high prices make it difficult, continuing the cycle of poverty and poor health.

Counterargument (Pic 4- menu on the table)
Some people say just choose healthier food. However, when fast food is nearby and grocery stores are miles away the choice is not equal.

Conclusion (Pic 5-Dark city skyline)
Food disparity is a hidden issue in many cities improving access to affordable, healthy food can create stronger and healthier communities.
