Scarlett lived at an old trailer park on a forgotten road. Her only companion was a red vintage car, that she named Cherry. Cherry is a machine that represented freedom and roar of a younger life. Determined to see the ocean one last time. Scarlett prepped the car for a long trek through the old town, and the shadowed pine forest. The journey was exhausting. Disaster struck just miles from the shore. At the narrow cliffside path the car lost traction on the path and all you hard was a sickening crunch of metal against the road, the car went off the path and started tumbling through the trees and stopped right in between ancient roots. Scarlett climb of the vehicle and was in shocked at what just happened. She had no chose but to walk the other mile. She reached the shoreline just as the sun was setting, watching the waves crash agents each other. The sight she wanted to see and risked her car Cherry to see. Scarlett waled back to the car crash to reclaim her car. Cherry sat silent and broke down, a fixture of the earth. Scarlett looked at the cherry and towards the horizon, knowing her journey with Cherry has ended and it's time to move on with her life.
