about this story
It was a dark and mysterious autumn night, and something was amiss with the world. The moon hung low in the sky, but not quite low enough for Esmerelda the cow, to seriously consider making a leap.
"Why is always the cow that has to jump over the moon" she griped. Let some other creature find a way.
"Stop being such a downer, grumbled the Llama" who never smiled because of the main it caused its teeth, who never got over the lack of proper dental care in the Andes.
Even with a computer, Dave could not muster something to be happy about either. Would there never be a smile again in the world? Will everyone just go around whining and complaining?
Is there no reason to smile anymore?
