Each day starts with the uncertainty of whats beyond the window, it matters not what happened the day before, it matters not that it is a road that we have travelled before, we must be prepared for, and not fearful of the unexpected, we may encounter others along that journey with the same questions, fears and apprehensions, but together, when focused and determined and willing to meet a challenge head on, we can create an image and vision that is clear, concise, and reassuring to those that we lead.
