about this story

A person with a high level of agreeableness is usually warm and friendly. These people tend to get along well with others.

They are helpful, considerate and very generous to the point that they are willing to put aside some matters for other people even if it is important.

This trait is an advantage for your workplace because agreeable people are easily likeable. These people show great concern for the welfare of others, they are the first to help those in need.

These people don’t question a person’s motives. They don’t think they are better than others and they treat everyone equally. But these trait may not be useful in some situations that require difficult or objective decisions.
