My buddy and I were cruising through the town when we decided we wanted to take a trip to the mountains. We headed back to my house to grab the vehicles of our choice. Me being the sports car enthusiast that I am, decided to take my early 2000’s darkish blue corvette. My buddy on the other hand decided he wanted to take the Harley. Why the Harley you ask? I have no clue. We headed back out through town at first where we hit a boat load of traffic and then onto the highway. We were looking for exit 176. We were only at exit 4 so we had a ways to go. On our journey we stopped at gas stations, viewing areas, and rest stops. As we got closer and closer to the mountains it started getting colder and colder until we hit snow. We stopped at a random gas station and I looked at my buddy with almost an I told you so look. He looked back at me with a ya whatever look and we continued on our way. We finally got to exit 176 after hours of driving and headed to the cabin. On our way to the cabin we got stuck in even more traffic. I was stuck behind this ugly brown chevy mini cooper?? I don’t even know what that car was but it wasn’t the normal chevy that people think about. My buddy was stuck behind a silver camry. There was a little kid in the camry who kept looking back at us, so my buddy got up off his bike and walked over to the car and asked the kids mom if he could show him the bike. She said yes and the kid looked like he had the time of his life. Traffic started moving again so we headed up to our cabin where we could go skiing and fishing and just have a guys weekend off.
